Family travel questions
Planning with little ones? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll answer any question.
Is Morocco safe for families with children?
Yes. Morocco is a very family-friendly country where children are warmly welcomed. With a private driver, trusted guides and hand-picked accommodation, your family is looked after from arrival to departure.
What is the best age for a family tour in Morocco?
Families travel with us with babies, teenagers and grandparents. Children aged 4 and up usually enjoy the camel rides and desert camps most, but every itinerary can be adapted to younger children with shorter drives and more rest time.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost. Just let us know the ages of your children when you enquire.
Are the desert camps suitable for kids?
Absolutely. We use comfortable camps with private family tents, real beds, private bathrooms and simple, kid-friendly meals. The camel ride is short and gentle, and younger children can ride with a parent.
How long are the driving days?
We keep most driving days to 3–5 hours, broken up with photo stops, snacks and short walks. On longer stretches, such as the road to the Sahara, we add interesting stops so the journey is part of the fun.
Can you adapt the meals for children?
Yes. Moroccan food is naturally mild and family-friendly, and riads and camps are happy to prepare simple dishes such as omelettes, pasta or grilled chicken. Tell us about any dietary needs in advance.
