Grand tour questions

Still deciding on a route? Message us on WhatsApp and a local travel designer will help.

How many days do I need for a Morocco grand tour?

Ten days is ideal to see the imperial cities, the Sahara and Marrakech at a comfortable pace. Eight days works for a faster crossing, while two to three weeks lets you add the north, the coast and the Anti-Atlas without rushing.

Where do the grand tours start and end?

Our routes start in Casablanca, Marrakech or Tangier, the three main international airports, and can end in a different city so you don’t need to backtrack. We can adapt any route to your flights.

Are the grand tours private?

Yes. Every tour is exclusively private, with your own vehicle and driver for the whole trip and local guides in the main cities. You will never join a shared group.

What kind of accommodation is included?

We use handpicked riads in the medinas, kasbah hotels in the valleys and comfortable desert camps with private bathrooms. Luxury upgrades are available on every route.

How long are the driving days?

Most days include 3–5 hours of driving with plenty of stops. The longest legs, such as Fes to the Sahara, are broken up with scenic stops, lunch and short walks.

When is the best time for a grand tour of Morocco?

Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the best weather across the whole country. Winter is great for cities and the desert, and summer suits the coast and the north.
