How is a tailor-made tour different from your set tours?
Our set tours follow proven routes. A tailor-made trip starts from a blank page: the cities, pace, accommodation level and departure date are all decided around you, with a private driver for the whole journey instead of a fixed programme.
How far in advance should I start planning?
Four to six weeks gives enough time to draft, refine and confirm accommodation comfortably. In peak season (spring and autumn) earlier is better, as the best riads and desert camps book up first — but we can also plan trips at short notice.
Is there a minimum number of days?
No. Most tailor-made trips last between five and fourteen days, which is ideal for combining two or three regions, but short city breaks and long multi-region journeys are both possible.
How much does a tailor-made tour cost?
It depends on the route, season, accommodation level and group size — which is why the first draft is free. Share a rough budget in the form and we’ll design the itinerary to fit it.
I don’t know exactly what I want yet — can you still help?
Of course. That’s where most trips begin. Roughly how many days, who’s travelling and the kind of experience you’re after — relaxed, adventurous, cultural or a mix — is enough for us to suggest a first route.
Can I change the itinerary after it’s confirmed?
Before departure, yes — as long as accommodation is available. Once you’re travelling, your driver can still adjust the order of stops day to day, though changes to booked hotels are harder at short notice.
Do you plan honeymoons and special-occasion trips?
Regularly. Mention the occasion and we’ll build it into the trip — a quieter riad, a private dinner on a rooftop or in the desert, or a room upgrade where available.
